Yup, that's the house. The widow was obsessed with building, trying to keep out the ghosts of the people killed by the weapons her husband made. My mother and aunt went there once. I've always wanted to see it. I've seen the premise done in anime before, and when done well it's really freaky. Just the sort of thing the Doctor would want to visit. <3
