Apparently he was trying to draw the stuff in a mecha-anime style from the 80s.

Oh, trust me. I could tell. There was even the wibbly eye-effect. And the poses. I have, perhaps, seen far too much mecha anime...

There's no real harm to it. It's just extremely scarring to see Who reduced to a mecha anime.

Host Club wouldn't be too bad. Magical Girl Anime would be bad, but I've seen that done several times over. I try not to think about the Master's henshin gif.
