I like the idea that Shalkaverse is more prone to crossovers. Someone should write an academic paper on Shalkaverse as a liminal space (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liminality)

I love #5, and # 4 seems very, very plausible. Especially since I imagine the Master doesn't need to sleep.
