More things that the world needs...

dragonofmemorySo I really should be typing fic, since I've got nearly two of them finished and haven't started on typing either of them... But, well. This thought occurred to me:
The Master is totally a Sailor Moon villain.
Perhaps I should explain. Yesterday, my mother had a really terrible day at work. So we decide to go out to the local Hibachi grill and have a feast, because Hibachi is really fun and really yummy. Plus, it's fun watching people play with fire. <3 BUT, we got there at 5 o'clock and they apparently don't open until 5:30. Because that was our luck yesterday.
Thankfully, the mall was right across the street and they've got a very big Barnes & Noble for all of our book therapy needs. My mother, having the horrible day, asked me which DW serial was really cracky that we didn't have yet. I immediately zoomed in on The Terror of the Autons, because, hey, it's death by comfy chairs and plastic daffodils of doom. That's crack if I've ever heard it. Plus, it's the first Master serial and first Jo serial, so why didn't we own this serial yet? That decided, we went to browse the actual books and I found a hardback I couldn't afford. So I went to the manga section and saw not only the Sailor Moon manga, but the Code Name: Sailor V manga.
Now I am a hard core Sailor V fan. I've cosplayed not only Sailor Venus, but Sailor V and hope to one day do the live action Sailor Venus just for kicks. So, while I am broke, I still bought the Sailor V manga. -_-;;;
After a lovely meal, we came back home and watched Autons. Then I started reading my manga, because V-chan is cute and how could I resist? Then it hit me. The Master is so a Sailor Moon villain. What do Sailor Moon villains do? Hypnotize/brainwash everyone into doing their bidding! Zap people's energy with increasingly random things! Have angsty love affairs with the heroine (Kunzite and V-chan are probably one of my few OTPs. Seriously, I ship all the shitennou/inner senshi so hard, it's ridiculous. And sadly, other than Minako-chan and Kunzite, we really only have one picture to go off of. But hey, that's never stopped fandom before!)! What does the Master do? Hypnotize people to do his bidding! Kill people with increasingly random things (shrinking, comfy chair, crazy doll, phone cord, plastic daffodils of death)! Have a side affair with the hero!
He's totally a Sailor Moon villain. You just can't get around this.
So now I really sort of want an epic Sailor Moon/Doctor Who crossover. Think about it. Delgado Master would totally wander into the Dark Kingdom and get in over his head/decide to help Beryl-sama take over the Earth. She's not only the big busty powerful type that he likes to use to make the Doctor jealous, but the Dark Kingdom really was just awesome. Then he'd play both sides for a while and try to make his escape. Actually, I'm not sure where the Doctor would fit in. I just really want the Master in the Dark Kingdom.
So here is my question to you: Does such a fic exist? Are there any half-way decent DW/BSSM fanfics out there, even without the Master? Please let me know if you find any!
