The Ice Warriors and Mrs. Pond

Notes: It's the end of the fic as we know it.  Hopefully, it was worth the wait.  Nar tells me it's the best ending of Amy-verse yet.

Original Prompt: Okay, so after reading the second part of x_los' and bagheera_san's Christmas Crackers story, I realized that I have a burning NEED for more Doctor/Master snowball fights. Because that one was adorable and awesome, if brief.

I want the most epic, fluffy, over-the-top snowball war in the history of snowball wars, raging between the Doctor and the Master. Like, Calvin and Hobbes-level and beyond. Bonus points if UNIT and Jo are somehow involved as well.

Please anons! I need this like I need AIR.

Warnings: Hm...  It's a bit introspective.  That's it, really.  Also, I'm completely disregarding the whole Looming thing for this fic. 
Notes: So, there was this Asexual Awareness week two weeks ago.  While I'm not asexual myself, I do have a few friends that are, so I decided to write fic for it.  Except, I was rather in the middle of something at the time and wanted to finish that first.  And then that something started getting really long.  Finally I just decided to take a break from that fic before things got angsty and wrote this one instead.  Because really, I needed more Brigadier in my life.  So here's my humble contribution, even if it's two weeks late (it would have been one week, but I got distracted by dancing and then sick, so I'm a bit late in actually posting it).  Hopefully it doesn't offend anyone who is actually asexual.

The Master and Mrs. Pond

Notes: So here is the highly anticipated sequel to The Sea Devils and Mrs. Pond.  Which, might I add, might have been written a lot quicker if  more people had told me they wanted it instead of waiting until the massive vote to let me know it was popular.  Just saying. ^_~  

Hopefully, this will live up to everyone's expectations. It's split into two parts, since it's a bit too long to fit in one lj post.

So I just finished watching the recon of The Web of Fear. I have only one thought after this serial. Well, two, technically. The first being that six episodes was really too long for it, but this is nothing new with some of the older serials.

The main one, though, is that the universe is in serious need of a Web of Fear AU. There is no denying this. Honestly, why hasn't this been done before?

So I give you my epic plot bunny, though be warned, spoilers for the serial rest therein.

Really, Livejournal? Really?

Okay, take two. For the record, I hate whatever they've done to the new editor. Because now you can't edit anything, even in html, without it getting completely fucked up in a way that apparently couldn't be fixed. I had to delete the last post and start a new one. Alright, alright, end rant... Sorry for everyone on my flist the non-working cuts.

So this is technically supposed to be a journal for fic. Except I feel the love for this novel needs to be spread and there's not really enough Master in this one for me to feel comfortable posting this over on b_e. Maybe if a few of my flist think it Relevant to Our Interests over there, I'll consider it. For now though, here is a review of Deadly Reunion by Terrance Dicks and Barry Letts.

Anyway, this got long. Very long. Just know, to sum up, the book is awesome and well worth reading. I might be able to... *cough*borrow*cough* the book out, if you catch my drift, if anyone wants to read it. Just let me know and I'll send it via email or something. Fair warning, I don't think a lot of time was spent on the pdf file, so there are a lot of typos and things. It can get bothersome at times.

Original Prompt: Three, Five, Eight or Eleven  Ballroom dancing.
Notes: Written for the best_enemies anon meme.  Sadly, it's not actual ballroom dancing.  This is far more social dancing than ballroom, since it's West Coast Swing, but I'm a Westie more than a ballroom dancer.  Also, it's more of the Master learning to social dance than the Doctor dancing (though most of the fic is leading up to their big dance), but the Master had A Plot and who was I to argue with that?

There is an OC featured rather heavily in this fic.  This is largely because the Master kept insisting he needed a pretty, young thing to make the Doctor jealous with.  Hopefully, you'll enjoy her half as much as I enjoyed not having to keep a character from sounding like a valley girl.  XD

The Name of the Game

Characters: Third Doctor/Delgado Master, the Brigadier
Warnings:  Though my beta reader calls this condensed awesome, the real life drama this fic got caught up in still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.  I dunno.  I just don't really like either of them.  Also, I'm pretty sure there is absolutely horrifically bad technobabble in this that would make my cousin who is earning her biomedical engineering degree cringe.  However, this is Three and Three era is known for bad science, so I think it fits.
Notes: This is a sequel to Foolish Games... except it's not a sequel at all.  Think of it like the two Fourth Doctor serials, Ark in Space and The Sontaran Experiment.  Ark in Space effectively sets up the reason for being there in The Sontaran Experiment but has little or nothing to do with the plot other than a few beginning remarks.  Without Foolish Games, this fic would have no reason for the Doctor being in this particular situation, but you don't really need to read the other fic in order to understand this one.  You can just take it as 'Events x in Serial A have caused Events y in Serial B, but really aren't that important' sort of backdrop and dive in.
