lol. It's true! They wanted Nicholas Courtney to look older, because a colonel was a fairly high rank. He couldn't actually grow the facial hair though, so they gave him a fake mustache. It wasn't until the fifth Doctor serials he did, that Courtney actually grew his own mustache. But that's why he didn't have one in the Alt. Universe in Inferno. <3
