Sorry. I couldn't resist. I should probably put something else that is true to balance out my snark, but it only gets more snarky from there. Examples:
Ivanova is always right.

I take great comfort in the general hostility of the universe.

Fine, fine. A more personal truth. My three idols growing up? Susan Ivanova (Babylon 5), Minako Aino (Sailor Moon), and Menolly (Dragonsong). For an added bonus, my first two crushes: Will Stanton (The Dark is Rising Sequence) and Prince Caspian (Narnia). Yes, my first two crushes were both fictional. I DON'T CARE.

And basically everything ever uttered by E.B. White, who is hilarious and smart.
Hey, my first crush was Tuxedo Mask. Fictional crushes are by and wide accepted among English majors, really. XD

Yeah... I thought Tuxedo Kamen-sama was dorky even back then. ^_^;;;
