Original Prompt: Reverse Shalka! The Master has nothing better to do on time-locked Gallifrey, so he builds a robot Doctor.
Notes: Written for the best_enemies anon meme. Original can be found here.  Also, I've taken out a line at the end that set things up for Shalka-Five to come back.  Why?  Cause I tried.  I really did.  About five times, actually.  By the fifth when Five and Simm just weren't working with me, I decided to screw it and go on with writing other things.  Maybe I'll come back to it later and give Shalka-Five the ending he deserves.  Until then, he's toast.  XD  However, I did say that this fic is a prequel to another one I've written.  Simm Master obviously has stuff to do once he's out in the universe.  That fic will be up... sometime.  Whenever it gets its last bit beta'ed.  Direct all complaints at the long time for it coming to nemaline .  <3
